Since 2001, we’ve been providing content solutions to the Royal Mail Group websites – which include Royal Mail itself, Post Office and Parcelforce Worldwide.

The Royal Mail Group websites are performing better than ever and are in the Top 100 most visited UK sites. Visits are booming, revenue has been doubling year on year and we’ve played a critical part in that success.

We don’t just take care of the content. We’re also doing interface development, project management, providing an advisory role in accessibility and usability best practices – and giving expert advice on search engine optimisation. We bring in new skills as new business challenges emerge.

Our efforts played a significant part in Royal Mail winning the New Media Age Effectiveness Award 2007 for the Business to Business category.

More recently, we helped improved the accessibility rating of the Royal Mail Group sites by 20 per cent and our team plays a vital role in keeping the code quality of the site, clean and lean.
